Find answers to common questions about our bounce house rentals.
How many kids can bounce at once?
There is a limit as to how many kids can enter the bounce houses at once. For kids 8 years or younger you may have 6-8 kids at one time. For kids 8 years and up there should be no more than 3-5 at one time. It is required to follow the limit of the bounce houses for the safety of everyone.
Is supervision provided?
For public events we provide supervision. For private parties at home, you are required to supervise the bounce house and follow all safety rules. You must also sign a waiver stating that all guidelines will be followed.
What happens if it rains or is windy during my party?
In the event it starts to rain during your party all kids must exit the bounce house immediately the blower shut off and all extension cords unplugged. If there are excessive wind gusts of 20 mph or more all kids must exit the bounce house, the blower turned off and all extension cords unplugged.
What if we damage it?
If the bounce house gets damaged during your time of rental you will be charged a fee!
We have a strict no facepaint or glitter/confetti rule.
If the unit is stained or damaged due to the facepaint or glitter/confetti a cleaning fee will apply.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash the day of. Zelle is also accepted.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers and asphalt! Unfortunately, we cannot set up on rocks/gravel.
What if I have to cancel?
If you reschedule for weather, we will need to be informed 48hrs prior.
we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule for inclement weather conditions. We allow a rescheduling for up to a year.
